  1. Hi Malia! I really enjoyed listening to your vlog! I also like the edits in some parts they made everything go smoothly and look professional! Explaining the definition of mindfulness and giving examples is really important, especially when someone isn’t sure how to explain it. Just like how we felt going into this module, I knew what mindfulness meant but found it hard to explain what it is in definition form. I like the example you used of burnout. Burnout is common for everyone and recognizing it is important before it’s too late. Headspace sounds like a great app to use for mindfulness and I like how you included ways you can incorporate it into your future classroom! I like the idea of the check-ins since it is important to be there for all of your students and see how they are to make a more engaging, positive learning environment for all! Nice job!
